UPCOMING FIELD TRIPS 2009-10 SCHOOL YEAR
ATTENTION PARENTS:
If your child is attending any field trip from our school, you will need to have completed and signed the 2 page Field Trip Permission form that was sent home prior to the field trip date. If, at the time of the field trip, your child has not turned one of these completed, signed forms in to the supervising teacher, they will not be able to leave the school with their group.
